The testers at the independent
Business Application Research Center
(BARC), situated at Würzburg, released
the results of the latest BARC "Document
Management" study. They have rated
as first class the windream
document management and archiving
system. When compared with twelve
other systems provided by international
suppliers, the DMS and archive system
from windream GmbH, Bochum, achieved
highest ratings in nearly all testing
disciplines.

CC Data has announced
the release of v4.1 of
e-MARC, its highly-acclaimed
email archiving solution.
Most notable
of the new features is
'e MARC™ Links' - providing
direct access to archived
messages from the mail
client. Users can therefore
continue to retrieve emails
and attachments from the
archive in the same way
as they do currently with
messages stored in the
mail server.

running a series of technical
training sessions for
all our Partners. This
covers all aspects of
Installation, Administrator
training and Support,
so that they are capable
of supporting their own
installations. This training
continues with us assisting
with some of their early
installations and with
on-going update sessions.
We will continue with
these 2 day sessions throughout
the year. Sales Training
is on-going with all our
Partners, where we support
their sales teams and
train them in the basic
skills of demonstration,
proposal writing and other
techniques that will make
them even more successful.

Last month
saw the yearly imexpo
event take place in London
, where we were demonstrating
our software ably assisted
by some of our partners.
. Even though the attendees
were not as high as expected
we met with several end-users
who were looking for solutions
